September Ride to Waterton

A beautiful fall
day saw us ride
through Stand
Off and over the
Waterton
reservoir to
Waterton
National Park.
We again visited
Kilmorey Lodge
and took over
the patio for
another great
meal. We
then tagged
Cameron Lake and
Red Rock Canyon
and set a new
personal record
of seeing 8
bears along the
way.
amazing!

Ride to Longview

Super hot
weather and
clear skies were
again our
companions as we
rode to Black
Diamond for
lunch then on
through Longview
to Highwood Pass
in Kananaskis
country.
We came home via
the 'Cowboy
Trail' for more
beautiful Rocky
Mountain
scenery.

Fernie
Les Salik
Another beautiful day for the 25 people
that attended the ride through the Rockies to fernie for lunch
on the patio of Boston Pizza. After lunch we did a short
side trip along Lower Elk Valley Road for a 16 km winding ride
throughout the beautiful Elk Valley towards Elkford.

Great ride to
Waterton

via Pincher
Creek. The
beautiful
weather gave us
a record turnout
of 38 people for
lunch on the
patio at Kilmory
Lodge. We
followed lunch
by a side trip
to Cameron Lake
where the snow
was still 6 feet
deep and also
the Red Rock
Canyon. A
great kick off
for the riding
season.
